Jade Karaoke Voucher Terms and Conditions  

1. Issuance and Applicability: Jade Karaoke vouchers are exclusively issued for and accepted within this establishment. Vouchers are not valid for use or redemption at any other locations.  

2. Acquisition Method: Customers will receive vouchers based on their expenditure at our establishment. For expenditures below £300, a £10 voucher will be awarded for every £100 spent; for expenditures between £300 and £800, a £15 voucher will be awarded for every £100 spent; for expenditures exceeding £800, a £20 voucher will be awarded for every £100 spent.  

3. Validity: The promotion is valid from May 9th to October 1st, and the voucher is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue, which is the date when you receive the voucher upon your first purchase. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.  

4. Redemption Guidelines: Vouchers may be used as credit towards future visits, with a limit of one voucher per transaction. Vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash and may only be applied towards purchases at this specific KTV venue.  

5. Non-Transferability: Vouchers are strictly non-transferable. Please keep your coupons safe, as they will not be reissued if lost.  

6. Remaining Balance: If the transaction amount is less than the voucher value, the residual voucher balance will not be refunded or carried over.  

7. Concurrent Promotions: Unless explicitly indicated, vouchers may not be combined with other promotional offers or events at this KTV establishment.  

8. Interpretation Rights: Jade Karaoke reserves the right to interpret and manage this promotional campaign in the final instance. This offer may be stopped at any time.  

These terms and conditions apply to all vouchers issued by Jade Karaoke. By redeeming a voucher, you acknowledge and agree to the aforementioned terms and conditions.
